Crap experience they have only…

Crap experience they have only delivered one item the other one has never been received.

I will raise a dispute with my credit card providers and get my money back ASAP.

Would give 0 stars if i could

I went to the Lids near Destin Fl, I asked the man at the front counter if he could help reach a hat on the top shelf, the man shoved a ladder in my direction and didn't say anything. After that, I didn't not want to buy anything else from him so headed to the counter to checkout. He completely ignored me for about 5 minutes and then finally silently checked me out. After he processed my card he asked if i needed a bag which i responded yes to and he pointed to a stack of bags which i grabbed and bagged my things myself. Will never come back (:

Lids employees sold me a FU$KED UP HAT.

Stitched letters aren't straight. They even stitched over the elastic on side. Looks stupid and feels strange with stitching. Will never buy from them again. Employees said there's nothing they can do. Love throwing away $80 on 2 hats. The one that wasn't custom was great. Completely there F up but no responsibility

Online Customer Service?

I have tried 4 times to order jerseys online. Each time the transaction is 'accepted & confirmed', but the next day I get an email saying they had to cancel the transaction. When I was lucky enough to speak to a customer rep, she was rude and not helpful. What a waste of my time. Do NOT shop here! I'm going to contact the BBB and FCC.

Josh is the nicest employee ever. Great customer service, he's funny, and he sold us the hats in two seconds. Super cool, and definitely coming back if he's there.

Owned by Fanatics, but has different “policies”

Tried to return a hat, which I purchased two of different sizes, and decided to keep one.
Lids.com denied my request, being 5 days late from their own "policy". For the record, Fanatics, which owns Lids, has a 365-day return policy, while Lids has a 90-day. Confusing, being the same company. Could've at least offered a exchange credit, in my opinion.
Within the same week, back with customer service, on why a hat wasn't delivered yet. Stated it would be delivered in 3-7 business days. Now on day 14. I would not recommend to shop here.

Terrible service.

I ordered multiple hats online wanted to return a couple hats so I went in the Lids store to return the hats. Lids employees where first extremely rude and wouldn't take back the hats because they said they don't take back online orders in store. I then said that sounds a little crazy. Employee got very loud with me saying I don't make the F I got rules go to another store or complain if you have a problem out of nowhere.

Online sale higher than price tags

I bought 2 hats online. Was charged $80 for both. I received them with price tags of $25 each. Last time I buy from lids. Can't be trusted.

Lafayette la location

They really don't deserve the one star... Showed up at 10:15 and they weren't open yet asked one of the local stores and was told they open whenever they want... the employee was in there she was ignoring us standing outside the gate so we left.
